Shipping and Returns
Jaimie Nicole will ship out your order 5-7 business days after receipt of order and payment. If we are unable to meet this deadline, we will contact you.
All Jaimie Nicole orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service. Each order will have a tracking number associated with your order once it has left our studio.
Jaimie Nicole is responsible for all packages until they are tendered to the USPS.

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction at Jaimie Nicole. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, please contact us immediately by email or telephone.
In order to be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 15 days of received shipment. We will provide a return label via email free of charge. Orders will only qualify for a refund or exchange if the security tag on the product has not been removed or tampered with, and the jewelry is returned in the condition it was received.
After the 15 day refund period has expired, we allow a total of 30 days for store credit. After the 30 days from received package has been met, all sales are final.
We will keep you informed of your return request and once approval has been established, please allow 10 business days for the refund back to your credit card. The refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for payment.
ALL custom orders, gift certificates, and sale items are FINAL SALE and will not have the option for refund or store credit.
Note: Our return processing center only accepts returns for items purchased on www.jaimienicole.com. Returns for items purchased at one of our retailers must be handled with the store in which the items were originally purchased.
